By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By initiating any purchase of The LaunchSite Essentials or Pro Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. All services will continue under the assumption that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Overview of Services

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC provides custom website design and setup services through one-time purchases of either The LaunchSite Essentials or The LaunchSite Pro. Each plan includes domain, hosting, email setup, and ongoing technical support for one year.

2. Purchase and Use of The LaunchSite

• The LaunchSite Essentials and Pro are each sold as a one-time payment, not a subscription.

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to a Discovery Form to begin your project.

• The Essentials plan includes a 7-10 page website with branded design, copywriting, hosting, domain, and email setup.

• The Pro plan includes all Essentials features plus ecommerce or membership functionality (up to 15 items or tiers), payment integration, a branded storefront or member area, and integrated dropshipping with Printify.

• Purchases are non-transferable.

• If hosting and management are not renewed for an additional 365-day period—or if the domain is not transferred to the client—within 30 days following the end of the original 365-day service period, the website and domain will be permanently deleted.
  
  

3. Turnaround Times

• The LaunchSite projects are completed within 30 days from receipt of your completed discovery form.

• The first 15 days are for the full site build and design.

• A 5-day revision window follows, during which you can request changes via comments on the platform.

• Final revisions and hand-off occur within the remaining 10 days.

• Your site will be delivered and ready to publish on or before day 30.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information via the discovery form.

• Clients are expected to review their draft site and provide revision feedback within the revision period.

• Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late input.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your brand assets and any content you provide.

• Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC retains ownership of internal templates and platform infrastructure.

• We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential designs or screenshots in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

• Domain and branded email credentials are fully transferable if you decide to change web hosting providers in the future. If the request is made within the paid 365-day service period, we will assist in the transfer process at no additional charge.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) may be offered at checkout through Stripe and are subject to both Stripe’s terms and the BNPL provider’s (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) approval and repayment conditions.

• Payment is due in full at checkout unless an installment provider is selected.

7. Refund Policy and Delivery Policy 

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC offers full refunds only if a project is not delivered by the agreed deadline and the delay is solely the responsibility of Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances caused in whole or in part by client actions or inactions. Refund eligibility is forfeited under any of the following conditions:

• Unsubscribes: If the client unsubscribes from project communications at any point during the project timeline, Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC will cease sending updates, emails, or access links. Delivery will still be completed by uploading the final project files to the designated client folder within the agreed timeline. At that point, delivery is deemed complete, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Bounced Emails: If the client’s email address bounces, the welcome email (which contains the intake and discovery forms required to begin the project) cannot be delivered. If the client does not follow up with a valid working email address, no work can be completed, delivery cannot occur, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Unopened Emails: If the client does not open the welcome email (and a follow-up email) that contains the intake and discovery forms, the forms cannot be submitted, no work can begin, no delivery can occur, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Failure to Submit Forms: Project work cannot begin until the client submits all required forms, including but not limited to discovery, intake, and concepts forms. If such forms are not submitted, no work will be performed, the project will not be delivered, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Purchase Without Forms: A purchase without completed intake, discovery, or concepts forms constitutes only the purchase transaction itself. No project work will be delivered, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Project Timelines: The allotted project timeline (10, 15, or 30 days, depending on the service) continues regardless of whether or not the client participates, responds, or submits forms. Once the deadline passes, the project is considered closed, and refunds will not apply.

• Definition of Delivery: Delivery is defined as making the final project files accessible in the client’s designated folder by the agreed deadline, regardless of whether the client views, opens, or acknowledges related communications.

• Proof of Delivery: Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC reserves the right to track and record email delivery, open rates, unsubscribes, bounces, link clicks, and file access logs as proof of delivery. Where such records confirm delivery, the project is deemed completed, and no refund will apply.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 calendar days of confirmation. In all other cases, project fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC is not liable for:

• Losses due to the misuse of your website or hosting credentials

• Third-party platform errors or outages (e.g., Stripe, Monday.com Forms, Duda, or Google Drive)

• Client-side modifications made after project completion

• Any incidental or indirect damages related to the use of the service

• Loss of website or domain if hosting and management are not renewed—or the domain is not transferred—within 30 days before the 365-day service period ends. Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC will send a renewal email reminder 30 days before the end of the service period at the full original cost; however, we are not liable for any loss of website or domain if the client does not act on the renewal notice or initiate a transfer of property request before the 365 days elapse.

• Fulfillment, shipping, product quality, or refund/return issues arising from dropshipping orders processed through Printify.
  
  

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service constitutes an acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
