A: The LaunchSite is a done-for-you website service that gives you everything you need to launch your business online — design, copy, domain, hosting, DNS, email, and 365 days of backend support — all for a one-time payment. It’s available in two plans: Essentials and Pro.
Q: What’s the difference between the Essentials and Pro plans?
A: The Essentials plan includes a fully branded 7-10 page website, custom copywriting, hosting, domain and email setup, DNS setup, mobile optimization, and tech support. The Pro plan includes all Essentials features plus ecommerce or membership setup, Stripe integration, and a branded storefront or member area.
Q: Does the Pro plan include dropshipping?
A: Yes! With the Pro plan, you can launch an online store powered by Printify dropshipping. That means you can sell custom products without holding inventory or handling shipping — Printify automatically prints and delivers orders directly to your customers. Refunds and returns for customer orders are handled directly by you and Printify.
Q: What’s included with my purchase?

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: Your website will be fully delivered in 30 days from the time you submit your Discovery Form. The first 15 days cover the full build and setup, followed by a 5-day revision period, and 10 days of final adjustments before launch.
Q: Can I request revisions?
A: Yes! During the 5-day revision window (Days 16–20), you’ll get access to preview your site and leave comments directly on our private platform. We’ll handle your requested changes quickly and clearly before launch.
Q: What happens after the 30 days?
A: You’ll continue receiving hosting, web management, and tech support for the rest of the service year — 365 days total from purchase. At the end of the year, you’ll have the option to renew support and hosting for another 12 months.
Q: Can I edit my site after delivery?
A: Of course. After the 30 days, you’ll have full control to edit text, images, pages, analytics, and more—and on Pro, products or memberships. Aisha Tariqa Digital manages the backend—hosting, security, and tech—for 365 days, so you can edit freely without worrying about breaking anything.
Q: Will I have control of my domain and email?
A: We handle domain and email setup to make things easy, but yes — if you ever want to transfer them to your own provider, we’ll support the process at no extra charge if the request is made within the paid 365-day period. Please have your IT contact email us to begin the transfer.
Q: What if I need to make DNS changes, like adding subdomains?
A: We'll be happy to help. Just email us at LaunchSite@aishatariqa.digital with the host name, record type, and data for any records you need to add. We’ll take care of the update promptly.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Absolutely. You can use Afterpay or Klarna at checkout to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments or stretch it over 3–12 months (availability depends on your location).
