Refund Policy

At Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC, we are committed to honoring agreed project deadlines. If the final project files are not delivered by the agreed completion date due solely to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.

Refunds will not be issued where delays or non-delivery are the result of client-side factors, including but not limited to:

• Unsubscribing from project communications, thereby preventing receipt of updates or deliverables.

• Failure to provide timely responses, information, or approvals necessary to complete the project.

• Requesting revisions or modifications outside the agreed revision scope.

• Any other action or inaction by the client that prevents project completion.
  
  

Tracking and Verification
As part of our workflow, Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC may track and record email delivery, open and read rates, unsubscribes, bounces, link clicks, and project file access logs. These records serve as verifiable proof of delivery. If delivery and access are confirmed by our records, the project will be considered delivered, and refunds will not apply.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 calendar days of confirmation. In all other cases, project fees are non-refundable.
